Constipation, What We Should to Do?

If we often have constipation, what we should to do? Many ways we can do to overcome them. Most importantly is to make feces come out regularly. To be able to come out so smoothly, feces should be soft, not hard consistency and the presence of mass fesses enough. The way is with consume 20-35 grams of fiber a day, lots of drinking and exercise.

To prevent constipation does not occur, try some of the following:

  • Do not delay temporize defecate.
  • Consume many of liquids, at least 8 glasses a day. Some liquid such as water, juice, soup, tea etc.
  • Dispose of water on a regular basis, with a fixed time for example during the morning bath.
  • Sport, exercise or active movement.

If you have experience constipation with the signs of this such as:

  • Constipation happens suddenly.
  • Constipation is heavy and grows worse.
  • Constipation is accompanied by the decrease in body weight and no changes to the handling as simple as eating more fiber, drink and many others.
  • Constipation that occurred more than 3 weeks.
  • Constipation is a complaint, along with fever, weakness, or the blood on the feces.

So you should be examined to see a doctor themselves. Do not use a laxative without the supervision or consultation with a doctor first.

  1. what do u feel about incomplete feeling on a regular basis but not very chronic though and slight bloating feeling . and gas does not pass out when required???
