6.       You also can drink half a glass of water mix with one-quarter of Epsom salts for fast constipation relief.

  1. I recently found an article that touched on this subject. Sometimes constipation isn’t just constipation, it’s something more serious. You can read the article yourself at http://www.21st-apothecary.com/index.html. I found the information and tips to be VERY useful. Yesterday, I made an appointment with my doctor to find out if I have diverticulitis. I hope it’s just excess belly fat, but at least if I have diverticulitis I’ve caught it early.
